Terms of Service

Last updated: March 2, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Idea To Founder service platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Idea To Founder provides productized startup feature-building services. Each project involves the development of a single feature as described in the selected package (Starter Build, Founder Build, or Priority Launch Package). All work is performed in the client's own account with collaborator access.

3. Payment Terms

All projects are paid upfront via Stripe. Prices are fixed per package as listed on the platform. Payments are non-refundable once work begins. If a project has not started yet, rescheduling may be available based on timeline and readiness.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. A revision is one grouped round of edits to the agreed feature scope. Revisions can include changes to layout, text, settings, or behavior within the original feature. Revisions do not include new features, major workflow changes, or new integrations.

5. Delivery and Acceptance

Delivery is complete when the agreed feature is functional in the client workspace and ready for review. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. After that period, the project is considered accepted.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required access, assets, and approvals before work begins. If access, assets, or approvals are delayed, the project timeline shifts accordingly. If the client becomes unresponsive for 7 business days during the project, the project may be paused.

7. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, and deliverables created during the engagement are built in the client's own account and workspace. Upon delivery acceptance, the client retains full ownership of all work product created specifically for the project. The Service Provider retains the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary tools developed during the course of work.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the applicable package. The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered feature.

9. Support Plans

Any included support period or monthly support plan begins after delivery is accepted. Monthly support plans are billed month to month and can be canceled before the next billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

10. Additional Features

Additional features are scoped and paid separately. Each added feature is a new sprint and requires a new scope confirmation.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
